Restoration to sanity with this restorative class. Most poses are on the floor and it is right for anybody at any time. No yoga experience needed: come as you are and leave feeling more open and peaceful.
This class is not lead but you listen to your body and let it guide you to what asana you need next. This makes the whole class introspective and meditative. Good place to practice asana you have done in other classes.
EFT/Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple and effective technique that involves gentle tapping on specific acupuncture points. EFT helps to release emotional blockages, transforms negative emotions like fear, worry, anxiety and restores emotional balance.
In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn and experience the transformative power of EFT firsthand.
During the workshop, participants will:
Learn the Basics of EFT: The workshop will provide a comprehensive understanding of how EFT works and its underlying principles. Participants will learn about the connection between emotions and physical sensations and how tapping can help release emotional tension stored in the body.
Develop Effective Tapping Skills: Through guided instruction and demonstrations, participants will learn the proper techniques for administering EFT tapping on themselves. They will receive guidance on identifying and addressing specific negative emotions such as fear, worry, anxiety, and depression using tapping sequences tailored to their individual needs.
Explore Case Studies: The workshop will include real-life case studies illustrating the effectiveness of EFT in addressing a variety of emotional challenges. Participants will gain insight into how EFT can be applied in different situations and its potential benefits for emotional well-being.
Engage in Group Practices: Throughout the class, participants will have the opportunity to engage in group tapping exercises. These group practices will allow participants to experience the collective energy of the group and deepen their understanding of the technique through shared experiences.
