Teacher's name
Ralph Eagle

Recovery Yoga, Chair Yoga

500 hrs RYT

My name is Ralph Eagle, and I’ve been teaching yoga at the studio since it moved to its current location in Norwood, over nine years ago.

Recovery Yoga has been life-changing for me and continues to guide my teaching.

I teach Recovery Yoga, chair yoga, all-levels classes, and Sun and Moon. Sun and Moon focuses on longer-held postures with the support of props, and savasana may include Yoga Nidra, healing crystal bowls, or guided meditation.

Vinyasa Flow

500 hrs RYT

My name is Molly Haney, and I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, including three years of Ashtanga.

I love yoga for the way it invites us to focus on what we are experiencing in the present moment, both physically and emotionally. Through movement and breath, the practice can be challenging and relaxing, while remaining energizing and fun.

My class is inspired by Ashtanga and is open to mixed levels, with poses adapted to meet students where they are.

Teacher's name
Kate Wardrup

Hatha Yoga

500 hrs RYT

My name is Katie, also known as Beekeeper Kate, and I’ve been teaching at the studio for over a decade.

My classes draw inspiration from Pilates Flow and are an invitation to open up, build warmth, and feel energized. Saturday’s class welcomes all levels, with the intensity varying a bit depending on the day.

Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time outdoors: hiking, walking through the woods or a cemetery, beekeeping, and gardening.
