Balancing for adults 50+

Every Last Sunday of the Month | 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Maintaining balance is essential for staying active, independent, and confident at any age—and especially as we grow older. This class is thoughtfully designed for adults 50+ who want to improve their balance, stability, and overall well-being in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and exercises that strengthen both the body and mind, you’ll develop the skills to enhance your balance, coordination, and flexibility.

The class focuses on:

  • Building strength in key muscle groups that support balance
  • Increasing joint mobility and flexibility
  • Improving posture and core stability
  • Practicing simple balance exercises to boost confidence in everyday movement

No prior experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. Modifications are offered so you can move at your own pace and comfort level.

Come as you are and take this time to invest in your health, meet others in your community, and leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more centered.
