Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and exercises that strengthen both the body and mind, you’ll develop the skills to enhance your balance, coordination, and flexibility.

No prior experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. Modifications are offered so you can move at your own pace and comfort level.
