The Art of Manifestation is an interactive workshop designed to help you use the power of intentional action to create the life you want.

Guided by Paige Gimpel, participants will explore practical tools for setting clear goals, aligning actions with values, releasing limiting beliefs, and building trust in the process.

With reflection exercises and open dialogue, this session offers a supportive space to strengthen your mindset and bring your dreams closer to reality.

Yoga Beyond the Mat


Join us for a special session led by Nuria Mora on Sunday, September 21, from 1–3pm.

Step into a supportive space to explore how yoga can move off the mat and into your everyday life. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple yet powerful approaches for creating a steady home practice, along with tips to stay consistent and inspired.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to expand your self-practice, this session welcomes all.

Join us every last Sunday of the month from 4:30 to 5:30 PM for a gentle yet empowering Balancing Class designed specifically for those aged 50 and over.

Improve stability, strength, and confidence through mindful movement, breathwork, and balance-focused exercises in a supportive, welcoming environment.

No experience needed—just bring yourself and a willingness to move and have fun!
